getLakeGeoid() has the new option overpassRoll (default FALSE): a random roll per overpass, a height error proportional to the signed cross-track distance (zero at nadir). Its standard deviation is estimated, fixed with rollSd, or given a log-normal prior with rollPrior.
getSWOTRaster() keeps the raster variable cross_track; addCrossTrack() adds it to pixels downloaded earlier.

getLakeGeoid() now estimates the overpass error by default (overpassError = TRUE); set it to FALSE where the lake level changes fast compared with the spacing of the SWOT epochs.
getLakeLevel() now chooses between a normal and a Student-t overpass error by likelihood by default (robust = "auto"); robust = "mixture" adds a normal-Cauchy mixture as in tsHydro.
